Polar Park is one of northern Norways popular travel destinations and is well known for being the most northern animal park in the world.
Located in the Salangsdalen valley in the Bardu municipality in the county of Troms, the park covers an area of around 285 acres of wild and breath taking nature which serves as a part of the animal enclosures and total experience of visiting Polar Park.
Our greatest attraction is Wolf Camp where you can meet wolves up-close-and-personal inside the enclosure.
If you are planing to visit Polar Park this should surely be on you list of things to do! In Wolf Camp you can experience these mythical and legendary wolves up close and personal, as we take you with us inside the enclosure to visit the wolves!
A visit into the wild
Polar Park is by fare a traditional zoo. Animal welfare is high priority and we make sure that the animals have the space they require, the right settings that resemble their natural habbitat and plenty of envoirmental enrichment inside the enclosures to keep them stimulated and active.
Our main goal is to provide an experience of Scandinavian wild life combined with the beautiful surroundings of northern Norway’s nature.
